Fresh Spring Salad with Radish

This radish salad is my favorite spring salad that I love to eat for every meal. It is fresh and very simple to make. I'm calling it spring salad because this  is when it becomes very famous and frequent in our family table.  For my recipe of this salad you need young garden radishes (10-15 small radishes), greens (dill, coriander), yogurt (1 cup/200ml), salt (I love when it's a bit salty) and black pepper by taste.Shred radishes, chop greens, pour in yogurt, add salt and pepper and mix. Salad is ready to consume. :)

Yummi! This looks so delicious and fresh! I'll try it soon, insha'Allah. Thanks for sharing the recipe. Tonight I'll also be preparing some fresh salads for my husband and I - one of them will be Waldorf salad, which we both love :)

This looks delicious! I don't know if there are any radishes yet (definitely no Swedish ones ...) but I'll ask my husband to look in the shop on the way home today. We have a spring of sorts, don't we - even though the temperature in the morning is below freezing and it snowed yesterday?

assalam alaikum
rose water- Waldorf salad, oh that looks very fresh and juicy, I just looked at the recipe and I'm sure I will love it. You add apple to it, I love apples in the salad. Just yesterday I've created new salad recipe for myself with radish, green apple and lots of greens!
HijabyMommy, Umm Maimoonah, Blue Pearl- I'm happy you liked my salad. Try it, inshaAllaah you will like it.
bani- welcome to my blog :). I think it is so good when you can have any fruits and veggies regardless to your weather.
Sanaa Muslim Mama- welcome to you too. I don't know why but your comment is deleted today. But I thank you for coming and commenting :)
